MEET SANTA

Santa Perez is a speaker, author, and corporate consultant with multiple years of extensive disability rights, advocacy, and policy work at both the State and Federal levels. Santa currently sits on President Biden’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities. She is also President Emeritus of People First of Nevada and sits on many other committees throughout the United States. Santa is dedicated to using her voice to advocate for the disability community and to continue to break barriers in the world of disability rights.

Santa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CSUN and authored her memoir Sitting at Eye Level. She resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

SPEAKING

Santa provides speaking engagements for corporate teams, DEI trainings, conferences, and non-profits on advocacy, allyship, ableism, disability rights, HCBS compliance, and more.

Starting at $1000 for in-person or virtual speaking engagements. (Does not include travel and accomodations).

CONSULTING

Consulting services are available for disability service providers in the areas of HCBS compliance, disability rights, ISPs, person-centered planning, advocacy, intentional inclusion, grant support and more.

Stand-Alone Consulting Session: Starting at $100 for one-hour virtual session.

Full Project Consulting (virtual/in-person): Starting at $50 per hour - with a minimum of 10 contracted hours. (Does not include travel or accommodations for in-person meetings).

COACHING

Santa provides personal hands-on life coaching for people in the disability community. Coaching topics range from active-advocacy, service navigating, life skills, and more.

Starting at $45 for one-hour virtual coaching session.
